Using The Skin Colour + Others Palette — Description
I did a quick tutorial for people who don't know how to use it. It doesn't matter if you don't use Paint Tool SAI, I'm just using it in this tutorial as it's my program of choice. What you want is your eyedropper tool, which just about every program has and the symbol is universal between them, it'll just be located somewhere else. The eyedropper tool selects the colour of an area you click on and puts it into your colour swatches so you can paint with them.
