One of my IRL friends wanted me to design an OC for her recently! She wanted them to be creepy and purple, and she said I could pick the gender. So here we have a spooky lil Pennywise-inspired merman. (She loves the movie IT and is obsessed with Pennywise.) He's sort of an amalgamation of different fish, with a bit of an angler and jelly flair. I wanted to use some green to set the hair and membranes apart from the rest of the design, and kept the signature balloon bright red. The bandages, frills, and even the shape of the end of the tail were all inspired by elements of Pennywise's outfit.

He was super fun to design and might be my favorite custom I've made for someone yet!

A big thank you to Alex for giving me this opportunity! I can't wait for her to see her baby!
