Them Blacktips... — Description
...sorry, well, I really mean
I could use the feedback...you know, help me be a better artist and all...Basically, I'd like to know if I messed up and where I messed up. (normally, I'd request critique but I'm not a Premium Member or a Core Member...ಠ_ಠ)
Otherwise, I'm not really forcing you all to comment if you don't feel you have anything to say (just wanna clear that up)

Yay for uncreative titling!
Well, it has been a while since I uploaded something...and something that I finished so recently...(as in just finished final details and scanned today-recent)...And I finally drewed a lady...
Anywho...
For those who aren't familiar, this is my sad attempt to draw 's MerShark...err...Shark-Girl...Shark-Maid...Her name's Kizeh. And she's loosely based off of a Blacktip Reef Shark .
Here's some better art of her by Neolucky , as I go crazy with HTML or something...
I figured, "hey Neolucky has done some great work with her designs of Kizeh, they are cute, so why not try to draw her?" I tried to do a mix of all the designs present on DA and ended up adding some extra details (like the pelvic fins, for example... DARN MY PICKINESS WITH DRAWING ANYTHING SHARK-BASED! It still comes and bites me...no pun intended). One thing I thought would be cute to add was black nails...get it? Cause she's based off of a black tip...(don't kill me), and I liked the whole "black highlights" or tips in the hair, too...not sure how visible that is here.
Finally, I ended up trying to draw her eyes based off of a style I usually associate with . How well I did...I'll let you all be the judge...
Started this a couple weeks ago during the end of Shark Week.
And considering that I finished this over the course of 2-3 weeks (spending mainly 5-6 days out of those weeks actually drawing, cause I was...err...distracted and have classes to attend to), I guess this came out pretty well. Especially since this is the first time I've actually tried drawing a female figure in an actually drawing. Still, wish I could do better. So I guess that means more practicing and drawing fo' me then!
Well, not this very second, but you get what I mean.
Anywho, Kizeh was pretty fun to draw and I would like to try drawing her again (if it is okay with Neolucky, of course)...heck might make a habit of drawing more "Shark-Maids" like Kizeh for other species of sharks, already thinking of one for the Great White and another for the Oceanic Whitetip . We'll see, but I think I'm rambling (GEEZ what a long description ಠ_ಠ)...so I'll go off and nap...or watch some more TV...I think they are still playing House...

Hope you all enjoy the drawing and somehow can tolerate this stupidly long description (cause so much crap went through my head when drawing this...)
