Mikaiyla Lancaster: His motherly figure. He has known her for years, and he enjoys making her suffer with his childish requests. She spoils him rotten and gives him anything he wants. Even so, they love each other very much and find amusement in doing things together, like dressing up the worms and observing living things together. He also finds it amusing to make her life miserable.
"What are you disturbing Mika for? If you need something, I'll be happy to tend to it instead. Of course, as long as you're willing to beg."

Kittan: He doesn't hate Kittan, but he does dislike it when Mika gives attention to Kittan instead. It doesn't help that the eland’s natural predator is the hyena, hence whenever Kittan comes around, Cy usually releases his scorpions out of their cages.
"That boxhead is coming over? Ah, time to let the scorpions loose."

Media: Someone Cy looks up to very much for her absurd strength, even to the point of naming his biggest worm after her. Even so, she is freaked out by him and often tries to keep her distance which saddens Cy to a number of levels.
"Why did I name my worm after Media? Because nothing can kill her. Almost like how nothing can kill Media."

Nero Ossiria: His rival. He spends a lot of time bugging Nero, having lots of ice cream sessions together and they fight a lot, but they enjoy each other's company, even if they don't admit it. Despite almost smiling most of the time, you would rarely see him smiling when Nero is around. One of Cy’s favorite worms is named after him.
"You're allowed to destroy him but I want him kept alive, understand?"

Naomi: His childhood friend. Cy's love for worms rooted from Nao's closet obsession for the invertebrates. He enjoyed seeing her happy so much that it drove him to study the things that made her so happy. He often makes Harley smuggle in jars of worms for her.
"I can't be there to cheer you up, Nao, but the worms can. Take care of her for me, worms."

Harley: His courier who constantly has to smuggle worms out to Nao for him. He often buys information from her, and genuinely wants to get her to hurry up and get married already.
"Hurry up and get married already. You're already turning into a hag as the day passes."

Eliyas Courrone: His headmaid. He constantly abuses Elly by forcing Elly into a maid outfit and serve him. On other occasions, he can be found experimenting on the boy. Cy saved Elly from a life of poverty, so the boy doesn't mind the abuse he carries out on him. Cy calls him Elly-phant.
"Elly, I'm hungry."

Raelyn Thoerpe: His head bodyguard. He pays Rae to do all of his dirty work, and she does it, regardless of how stupid it is. They get along fairly well, being two misers who hate wasting money. She also writes fanfiction of him, not like he actually cares about them, as long as they generate money.
"Rae, this is shit. Fix it."

Oh Myung Hee: His so called stepladder. He enjoys putting her in difficult situations, ones he knows that she hates. Sometimes, it's not because he wants to, but it just happens. Embarrassing her is pretty fun too.
"Myung Hee is Korean for stepladder, right?"

Arancia Verona: Someone Cy enjoys bullying very much. Perhaps because of her innocent nature, Cy can't actually harm her to an extent. He does enjoy forcing her to cook for him, though she does it very willingly, and often scares her with cats to get the poison out of her bodies.
"Arancia, have you met Mr. Noodles the cat?"
