the draconian of rage and disaster, the youngest of the war brothers, a living storm, the 4th draconian. devastinian is the strongest and most powerful draconian in existance, so powerful his foot steps could cause an earthquake, a flap of his wings could create a hurricane, and a single roar could have the force of an atomic shockwave

personality: devastinian has the mind of a child, a very angry and hateful child. he doesnt speak and doesnt try to communicate in any way, he's only known destruction and rage since a very young age. the only thing that can calm him is blood.

powers: devastinian has the powers of all 4 core elements, he is not a single type of drake. if he had the skill ,or even the will to, he could easily become all powerful, but his power mostly goes into destruction and devastation. devastin creates powerful storms and disasters to combat his enemies, using his control over the 4 elements to dominate a battlefield and destroy every living thing. the angrier he gets, the more powerful. his powers lose concentration and begin effecting a much larger scale whenever he is enraged.

abilities: devastinian is blind, as a result he has heightened senses. devastinian isnt very fast but doesnt care about anything in his way as he easily plows through it. he is unbelievably strong and would be capable of lifting mountains if that were possible with little to no sweat. his skin is unbreakable. devastinian doesnt shapeshift and is in no way subtle. he isnt stupid either, he's perfectly capable of logical thinking and is one of the few things that keep anyone safe.

history: when devastinian was very young he was kidnapped by the cult of apophis and used in a ritual which was intended to create a controllable draconian. the cultists tortured, mutilated, and augmented him, even fusing sacrificed member's soul shards to him, giving him his elemental control. the young devastin eventually caught the eyes of apophis and was turned into the draconian of rage. while the cultists had succeded in their goal, they didnt have the power to control their creation and were soon over powered by it. in his rage devastin killed all the cultists he could find but the majority still got away, leading to the creation of his brother, the draconian of strife, who was the only one who could control him. after a short but devastating reign of terror, the drakes eventually made a deal with nocturne to lock the war brothers into sleep and hide them away, the only flaw is they could be easily awakened if ever found.

weaknesses: devastinian is powerful, so powerful in fact that he must go through regular hibernations. the amount of time he is awake depends on how long he rests. only his brother can awaken him from his hibernations. devastinian is completely blind, his eyes removed by the cultists. while his other senses have developed to compensate, this can still be used against him. he is indestructible, the only way to defeat him is to find a way to calm him down, or outlast his rage. many have found that blood sacrifice has calmed him before.

notes: he and his brother are connected, his brother is able to summon and control him. you could say that his brother acts as his eyes since when the two are together, his brother rides on his shoulder and guides him with his chains. i hope you guys enjoy the draconian of rage, i should have his brother completed soon. anyway, i hope you guys enjoy and please comment!
