Description
Au naturel variant: www.deviantart.com/sonicdash57…
Dollmaker image: www.deviantart.com/sonicdash57…
I uploaded this image of my Sonic persona just to replace the dollmaker image on my main profile page. As you can tell, I simply edited the au naturel variant by adding in the clothing.
Anyway, as I said before in the description for the dollmaker image, my Sonic persona's a rabbit. Rabbits are my favorite animals. They're so cute and lovable!
In all honesty, when I was making my Sonic persona back in June 16, 2016, I was going to make it a hedgehog, but I went with a rabbit instead. Why? Because there's just way too many Sonic OCs and personas that are hedgehogs. But don't worry. I still like them though. It's just that the hedgehog species is just way too overused for Sonic OCs and personas. There's a lot of other animals than just hedgehogs. Foxes, echidnas, cats, dogs, rabbits, etc.
Not much else to say.
Devon the Rabbit belongs to me
MAJOR UPDATE!
Remade Devon's overall appearance!
NOTICE: Due to one of my artworks being reposted without permission, I am left no choice but to watermark my work to prevent this issue from happening again.

Huh very close to my (formally) Sonic OC Ralph Bunny
Blue fur? Check
Brown hair? Check
Blue eyes? Checkaroony
Except mine becomes a cyborg superhero and dates way back to the 90's
They can be cousins only my OC is no longer a part of the sonic verse.
And yeah hedgehogs are over used

I see. At least the hairstyle's completely different.
And I'm glad you agree that hedgehogs are overused.

Yeah
And dont sweat things, I am actually happy someone else has a character in appearance is kind of like mine.
But I wonder why did you give him brown hair? I ask as i want to see if we have our reasons have simular origins, a fun comparison piece if you will.

I just wanted to imagine what I would look like as a Sonic character.

LOL! Actually same here!
Its fun how that works out.
Though in my (own) universe I make this just a quirk of evolution where hair and fur color can be completely different, the sonic universe doesnt have such a explanation so i threw it in :D

I see.
And BTW, seeing your above image with the variants of your former Sonic OC, I did these variants of my persona besides the au naturel variant.
You can tell I'm just a huge sucker for merfolk.
Me and a friend came up with this idea for an RP.
