Scenario 1:
Som in a bloody match against a formidable opponent gets knocked back...

Som: Great shot, but I'm not finished ...yet... (that visible lip movement)

So the liquid dripping is Blood.

Scenario 2: Think what you may the last 2 frames have debris falling soooo.... yeah macro element present too.

Any Fan of the new anime Free! will know where the inspiration of this came form. It seems that anime companies are attempting to evening out fan service between the gender hah hah The anime lacks the action and flash I look for but... it seems that there is something special because it owes its existence to the fans.

Anyone seeking inspiration?... this show will give you a guideline for what people want...
