Partial text translation:
A trainee magician from the Academy of Magic of the Western Continent,
Due to the evil influence she was under as a child, a small amount of the devil's residual breath still collects in her body, causing magic to leak out of her body uncontrollably. The leaked magic will destroy everything around it, including living things. When the elves found out, they captured her and took her to the Academy of Magic for control. They also gave her a stabilizing prop to suppress magic.(The bracelet and the chain she was wearing)
After that the elves taught her how to control and use magic.
Currently though, whenever she casts over a certain amount of power, her magic becomes unstable which causes a magic explosion of corresponding energy, the shock wave of which deals damage to all sides including the caster herself.
She uses a magic staff made of pine and topaz, and specializes in lightning and wind magic.
Favorite flavors are spicy and sour.
