Description
In Who Framed Roger Rabbit when she stepped out from behind the curtain singing 'Why don't you do right' MAN I just couldn't stop staring. It was amazing animation, especially the sparkles on her dress, a fairly complex technology back then - very cool. Plus I was like five, so I probably was just staring at the sparkles more than anything.
About 6 hours, MS Paint, one reference pic, no base. I'm proud of the dress and hopefully I did justice to her BOOBIES. 8)
