Celia - MLP Adoptable CLOSED — Description

I figured I would have a go at creating an adoptable! I used to make them a lot back in my early DeviantArt days (around 2016/17/18), but they never really gained too much traction.

Well, here I am, having another shot! I'm not entirely sure how to market myself here but if anyone has any good tips, please let me know!
