Looks ok but it's confusing, people are going to think that the website is [link] , cuz that's what you emphasize. Bad idea doing that, it would be better like "Addicted 2 CS" then people won't think it's a web address. And the roster content box on the right is positioned 1-2 pixels lower than the other 2 content boxes.

I like it. A lot. When i see those kind of design, especially when it is so good and I'm searching for inspiration for my owns. it is so damn hard to think about something different

My only minor crit could be the lack of margin between text and respective boxes, and maybe the lack of a footer with the copyrights things, etc.

Looks nice . . . I like it, especially the heaser. This red color works fine with the rest of the site . . . I did something like this for a friend a couple of days ago . . . Told him to use, red black and grey for his site.
I'm not sure about the green letters . . . isn't is a bit too different from the rest of the site . . . somehow distracting . . . but hey, it's an eyecatcher . . . so everybody looks at the letter and they gonna now what's all about. . . .
