- My thought:
“The best thing about this season is definitely its opening song, which easily get people pumped up. The car theme was supposed to be a big hit, especially after the premiere of “Turbo: a Power Rangers movie” ( I’ve enjoyed it a lot). Unfortunately, this season is far worse than expectation, with way too many silly moments and unnecessary episodes. I wish they could have handled the introduction of new characters better, it just feels so forced . The villain role here seems weak to me; the idea of pirate queen Divatox and her underwater army is creative, but it eventually got downplayed with too many jokes and gags. Also, I don’t find the role of Justin bad, I thought it was such a miss-opportunity when they couldn’t give the kid more chances to perform. Overall, this is a “just-okay” season.
