A legend appears... — Description
Hidden deep within the ever shifting dunes of the Shifting Sands, known only to the nomadic tribes of the Desert Gar, there is an oasis full of the cleanness, purist of water. It is said that certain nights, when the Twin Brothers are fully visible and the view of the ancestors is not obstructed by either Water or Earth, the Emissary of the Stars will rise up out of the water. To the most needed and the worthy, it grants them knowledge, a vision, of what their future holds.
