Sunless Mist — Description
The Sunless Mist is a name used to describe a shadowy presence lurking just out of sight from the average mind. It is an assortment of every dark thought, action, consequence and form of life, radiating in a midst of the most deprived and twisted our species has to offer. It is genderless in shape and form, yet physically it surges in the unfathomable pits of dark space high above the sun in a region spoken only in whisper by the few that have witnessed it in all of its seething mass and presence. It lurks ever so close to us, yet it doesn’t act to harm, for we already do that to ourselves. It serves as a shadowy balance between living and the horrors manifested from within the outer regions. While it does not approve of the voided beings, interest in halting their progress of destruction remains empty.
