Memories are after all... — Description
...only memories.

And it does not do to live in them. Though once they may have been reality, now they are the past, and nothing more. Behind the closed door, the color fades. Yet, somehow, the beauty of what was most precious remains.

So, all that is left is but a memory. Let the colors fade, let the emotions become still. Let us walk onward and away, as I bid thee one last farewell.
