Description
I wanted to make a surreal landscape with a sense of emptiness. Like most of my pictures it uses little props and a lot of textures.It was made as a 3d render in daz3a and compositied in cs4. Multiple texture layers were used as well as colour adjustment ect.
If there is any interest I'll put a tutorial about how this was made at
still learing to paint ect in cs4 so few graphical elements are used as of yet!
Again I used stock from the brillaint

The white stuff coming out of the shell is really making the painting alive. You can even hear it like if the shell was a giant speaker

I really like this Shane, I think it's my favorite in your series with these rock/stone textures. Nice work on the background too, I like the blended opaque effect as if it is almost not there or nearly there, but not quite
