Medieval Battle — Description
"You sir shall go no further! I will not allow you to taint the pride of my liege with your steel!"

"I have no business to treat with insects. Step aside or perish, peasant!"

"Then you leave me no choice. To the depths of hell with your alliance!"

"No, to hell with YOU!"

Whee, my coloring is STILL lackluster. XD I know that's not something to be happy about, but whatevs.

For those who missed the line art from earlier (or didn't care the first time around to check), this is a picture of a battle idea I had with a friend of mine. The idea is that we assimilate Pokémon in a fashion that they somehow fit into medieval themes and superstitions, and have them go arrive in order:

1st row: Cavalry (sweepers and those that just hit hard)
2nd row: Guardians (walls, tanks and stallers)
3rd row: Royalty (aesthetics)

This is a battle with a friend of mine, with our own medieval-themed teams. And our personas have been knight-ified.

My team is listed as such:

Cavalry:
- Dark Knite (Bisharp)
- Black Mage (Beheeyem)

Guardians:
- Jester (Mr. Mime)
- IronMaiden (Cofagrigus)

Royalty:
- Mateus (Empoleon as the king)
- Scopulora (Serperior as the queen)

As for Dev's logic behind his choices...

Cavalry:
- Escavalier (a knight)
- Salamence (castle dragon)

Guardians:
- Gengar (castle ghost; I know Gengar isn't tanky but the concept... kinda works?)
- Milotic (Sea serpent)

Royalty:
- Gallade (king)
- Gardevoir (queen)

It was actually a pretty fun and tense fight... until his Internet connection got cut off when we were down to our last members, the Royals. Dx So annoying.

Yes, copypasta. Because it's cool.

I think I should've had some lightning in the background or something but ah screw it, I just wanted to get this done. And I think I'll reserve manual line art for more rugged pictures, as it's a little harder/messier to work with than vector lines. xD;
