This happens a few minutes after [link] Basically, Manic went running after Sarra to say sorry, and when he grabbed her arm to stop her, she turned around too fast and they both fell over. Manic managed to catch himself because he fell forward, but Sarra who was falling backwards, didn't.
BTW, in case no one got it yet, this is according to the storyline of Sonic Underground, not mine. So, at this time Sarra would be 16, and Manic would be 15. (Yeah, she's a year{technically a year and a half} older than most of the main characters in the show)
