Never Let Go_2011 — Description
Drew this back in 2011 for my brother after watching Kung Fu Panda 2.

Having always been a fan of the series I was truly elated to hear news of a second movie. Granted while I found the previews less then 'gripping' I regardless enjoyed they were true to Po's humor and really couldn't wait to actually see it. ^^

While I am not an avid shipper, I certainly enjoy watching these two act and react with one another. Like most tomboys, I am drawn to powerful female leads, the type that have lost a vast majority of their sensitivity in the pursuit of what is right and what must be done. Tigress is a prime example of this role, and the second movie provided a beautiful glimpse into the depth of her inner-most character. Watching her struggle to balance her private side with her powerful presence made me smile.
That and there was hugging. So much hugging.
Gawd I luv hugging.

As stated above,
my brother is a huge fan of the series, and I dedicate this piece to him. He actually kept the rough sketch as his desktop background for more then 6 months waiting for me to finish this piece ^v^''' I appreciate his patience. I do not draw nearly enough for my siblings so it is a pleasure to feed their fandoms regardless of what they may be, especially when its something as cool and KFP.

Can't wait to see what the future holds for this franchise and these two. I don't wanna know the details, but baby panda-tigers truly would be adorable~
