Apache Wasp — Description

I feel bad when I have to poison them but this one was setting up shop on the front porch in the area where front door traffic goes through. I know that these paper wasps are quite aggressive in protecting their nests and I did not like the idea of every delivery driver and home visitor being attacked. I love the coloring and markings on these wasps, I think they are so incredibly interesting.
