Alright, so, this has been bothering me for a while after looking at pictures of Terran Marines holding their rifle. And it's not answered by seeing a render of the rifle by itself. Where do the bullets go? Is that a magazine under it? If so, why does the trigger finger opening block half of the stack of bullets?

Why would I submit it here if it's not my work?

Did you know that there is a bayonet in that sliver just below the barriel?

Just a question, what are those two cylinders right below the barrel, on the front part?

Not sure really. Must be for an extra attachment to the barrel.

I believe at least one of them is a Laser pointer which emits a blue beam.

Awesome modeling and texture skills. I'm envious.

Not even a dumb muther phucker would be brave slash stupid enough to stand in front of this beast. Very good all the way. I just have one question, from what I have read the weapon uses magnets to fire its rounds. If so where is its power supply and how long does it last for? My greatest guess would be the clip itself. My second guess would be the power armor but that defeats the point of putting separate hand holds for someone outside of armor as stated in Liberty's Crusade.

A power supply on every clip would mean the soldier would have to carry more loads than if the power is integrated into the gun itself.
I don't really care precisely how the gun works as almost every science in sci-fi is fake.

Good point, it is just that I love tearing things apart and finding out how they work. Regardless if it is real or not.

I don't know about the magazine nor the ejection ports. But from what I know, the gun uses a magnetic field, instead of an explosive charge, to slug out 8mm spikes at hypersonic speeds. So the ammo doesn't need to fit the barrel tightly.

vicious gun! I mean, it's a great weapon, firing twisted metal spikes in rapid sucession, but now I know what it looks like, and I don't want it pointed anywhere near me XD But really, it is an awesome gun you've made.
