A Snarry Work — Description
This is a pic a did based on a fanfic I read a while back that I can't remember the title too.
In it Harry came back for his seventh year after growing out his hair and generally becoming the hunk of the year. Then he was sent back in time twenty years and he falls for Severus. They bond to each other with their family crests appear on each other's shoulders. After that he finds that he has to live through the time to get back and an attack on Hogsmeade prompts Harry into leaving to go abroad. Severus only asking him to come back when he can. Twenty years later Harry comes back after his own disappearence into the past and challenges Voldemort to a final showdown with Draco as his second and Lucius being Voldemort's second. Then Harry wins and starts to teach at Hogwarts with Snape.
