"...the flush of warmth across her cheek began to move slowly as his blood dripped down towards her chin. There was no reaction, no look of shock, no scream of anger or suprise. She just stood there still and motionless, her eyes glazing over as she stared ahead almost at nothing...but what was seen on the surface didn't matter. It was what dwelled underneath that reacted to his death. It was what dwelled underneath that screamed in horror and sadness. And it was what dwelled underneath that would seek blood in revenge...
Chaos had awakened...and there would be hell to pay."

FEAR DA CHAOSSSS!!!!!111one X3 I know, I'm a strange cookie >_>; But well, I felt that Sayda was being neglected for a while now...and I have also been neglecting getting anything original and MY OWN done recently as well ;__; So I decided to take out a little 'ME' time and finish a peice for myself and not for someone else :3 So I whipped this one right out o' thin air.
Also, if you know my character -Sayda- well enough then you'll notice her hair braid changing to a silver color and understand why >;3 If not...well, I'm sure you can figure it out X3 *pssst, she's turning into Chaos HARHAR* c____c;;; *scuttles off*

very nice. the drawing is simple but it looks quite nice. The coloring; however, I think is where the detail in this image lies. I would love to see what you could do with "Esta" the protagonist of Menel, a story Im working on. She is an elf that is given wings. again very nice, and Im sure you won't mind me favoriting this.

Not that I look at boobies first in a picture.
Not that boobies are, as a 18 year-old straight male, all I think about, every hour of every minute of every day.
I certainly don't stare into my ceral bowl and have to stop thinking about boobies.

The glowing of the crystal around her neck affecting the hue of her hair...clothes...expression especially.. It's absolutely wonderful. The excerpt below the picture too is quite fitting- you've depicted the scene very well. ~luff~

She's lovely Sayda! The parted lips and unfocused eyes really give her that spaced out look. And I love the hair. The way you've colored it it really has that look of wavy locks, rather than the sheet of hair you typically see. Awesome!
And I know the feeling on drawing your own stuff. I really need to do the same!

I love the red hair. I think it is one of the most difficult hair colors to do any shading with since you either make it 1) RED or 2) Pink 3) BROWN....I have a hard time with it and I have naturally red hair. LOL

Thanks ^_^; Though, I don't think I can explain how I did it O_O; but simply for the background it was just built up from a simple gradient fill, then I overlayed a fish meat texture on top of that, added a bit of noise, and viola! Background :3

The only thing that remotely bugs me though, is on the left with the shading of where her breast is being pushed against her chest. It just seems a tad much. But that's just my two cents.
