Ah, I wish I could tell more, but know this: These are husband and wife. While they love each other, their status brings a lot of hardship in their relationship/life.

This is one of those moments, where despite all the love, the pain is overwhelming, but at the same time evokes the drive to overcome the pain - for the sake of love.

I was asked to use white roses in the picture, which I found as a very nice coincidence, since white roses have for me a special meaning.

what I learned during making: experimented with color pallet - warm colors with one neutral color - and of course chromium oxid... I am so shallow. <XD
