Moon Li Feng — Description
Apparently, I suck at drawing people in martial poses, so I had to steal one from Rudolphe Guenoden. Very disappointing.

So I made a half-elf monk for Wednesday's upcoming 5e "Encounters" at my local gaming shop.

I'm excited to try out the stuff they get. I'm leaning towards the "Way of the Hand" for my monastic tradition, but the "Way of the Four Elements" has a real "Bender" vibe. I dunno. It'll probably be a few months before I have to decide.

Anyway, I've got a pretty boring back-story for her. A child of the head of her monastery, she's been raised by her father since her mother (an elven bard) left to wander the wide world again. She's been a poor student, and a bit of a pain as a daughter.

She's learned something of the disciplines of the Spinning Leaf monastery, but she's grown tired of the cloistered life and has decided to take after her mother, perhaps even find her. But the world is wide place. Adventure will probably find her long before then.

Ideal: Freedom. Everyone should be free to follow their own path.

Bond: Her Mother. She wants to find her more than she can admit, even to herself.

Flaw: Undisciplined. Most of the kids she grew up with are far more advanced in their training than she is, because she's easily distracted (for a monk).
