Description
Well here's another Experiment~ This guy is designed simply to give wedgies. Very Childish indeed but evil none the less! his Arms can extend for optimal Wedgie delivery and his eye is designed with a Low frequency X-ray, able to see through atleast one layer of clothes to determine if the target has underwear. He seems kind of pervy but eh. since I'm not that evil I mostly....have no idea what to do with this thing ^^' Oh well~He Made me chuckle a little. and no hes not wearign undies, he jsut has the LOOK of wearing undies for affect XD ANyway Please leave me lots of nice feedback
