Definately an excellent submission. Although, if I were you, I would take the original photo, do any of the possible colour tweaking that you might have done, and then go through and really try and get the surface of the pond selected and then feather it, and THEN apply the blurring effect to it.
But yes, definately one of the better submissions I've seen on DeviantART.
