CUPCAKE Pendleton — Description
his real name is Cupcake. He just goes by Murphy to protect his secret identity while he goes about town killing monsters with statues.

In Silent Hill: Downpour, if you finish the Shadow Play side quest you get this neat statue (which my friend and I think is Samael) that deals a ton of damage. We love it almost as much as frying pans.
