STO: Mariner Concepts — Description

Similar situation with Mariner, playing with my style/LD's.

She is supposed to look older and have her mothers likeness, for the sake of the p l o t.

Short Bio:
After years of finding her place (and feeling the pressure of her family name amidst a war), it seems the once infamous daughter of Captain Freeman has put behind her rebellious ways as the Captain of one of Starfleets newest ships, the USS Casablanca. However, this assignment has caused a rift in her friendship with Boimler, having been offered the command after Starfleet demoted her best friend down to the Achilles after he helped a UC officer ( Unidentifiable Citizen--a fairly recent and stigmatized law put in place due to the Terra Prime Resurgence.) . Although they were sympathetic towards the law having been just been enacted at the time, Mariner declined Boimler's offer to be his First Officer in favor of accepting command of the Casablanca, forcing them to drift even further apart. But when the Casablanca finds itself the target of one of the TPR's (Terra Prime Resurgence) heinous schemes, the two ships have to work together to overcome it, putting their bond to the ultimate test.
