Heron...again — Description
Alright, i KNOW, i know...enough with the damn Birds already Ryoseth;
in the meantime, here's another color study!

white + cast shadows = pain in the ass.
one would think that with all the green around, the shadows would absorb some of that green light,

I worked on this one off and on again while i was at work between breaks and such...so like...10 minutes here, 10 minutes there, and when i didn't feel like going to get lunch, i'd paint.
I had a little more work done it, namely some rendering on the branch and such in the front,
but then al of a sudden my Hard Drive decided it didn't want to function one day when i was working.
but after work...it wasn't scared anymore...so i raged a little

something is poking at me to try doing some creature sketches, or something different as a next self assignment;
