Potion Shelves — Description
Last night I had a sudden urge to do some potion drawings with me going with a shelf style today as I thought a shelf would be a nice background object plus did 2 drawings of each bottle style as I felt 1 of each bottle would of looked too empty. In the past I use to draw potions with elemental based effects but for this set I wanted to go for a more simple potion design, a drawing idea I want to do one day is a potion shop with bundles of potions but I'm yet to find an image I want to work from. The double drawings were satisfying to draw as part of the potion shop drawing is drawing a tonne of the same bottle design together and this made me feel like I could pull it off plus the different liquid layers could have different prices =^-^=.

I drew the liquids at different levels as I wanted a slight difference between the bottles, I like the idea of glass bottles not being the exact same as I think it makes them look like they are crafted slightly different from each other. For the tope bottles I gave the left ones a bubble design and the right ones a waves design but didn't do much with the bottom two, it was fun to go back to drawing potions as they use to be my favourite thing to draw .
