Contest — Description
Trying my hand at a contest:

What came to mind was something that happened shortly after I got my own room/bed at around 5yrs of age. I woke in the night and sat up, and as I did, a shadow of a dinosaur loomed up as well. It wasn't me, my shadow-caused by light via open door-was across the bed, this thing rose impossibly from the wall and terrified me. I remember it disappearing every-time I lay back down, and reappearing as I sat up (this went on for some time that night before I worked up the nerve to flee my room/bed for my parents').

The extra shadow on the left is what I've added, my twist on what made this dinosaur show impossibly on my wall, creeping out from my bed to cast images on my wall...
