Those don't really have a source, per se. I just kind of made them up to give me a project while waiting for Arkham Patient pictures to be finished.
I did think of revamping them to work as some dossiers that someone like Calculator or Penguin might keep on-hand for planning heists.

Interesting, I can see Penguin with information like that, Calculator I'm not to familiar with but if he's like Peguin (crime boss wise) I can see that as well

well well well, now we have data from the bat family's view on the villains. Notably the information queen herself, and she has Riddler spot on and once more the vast mythos is covered quite well.
