I thought about that, but I don't think Geoff Johns and Gary Frank's Sally Dreiberg is behind that mask. If she exists in E-27, she must have been conceived years before the Manhattaning to be old enough in 1997. Also, "this character was originally envisioned long before Doomsday Clock"... But hey, who knows? At the hands of the Fatewriter, it could be a possibility, a rather interesting one.
