Him killing his own daughter was pretty out of character for him. I'm sure someone like him can't stand seeing abuse happen, due to his origin story

And no. He is not bluffing. Nygma is one of the smartest people in the D.C. Universe. Up there with Lex Luthor and Batman. It's inconceivable that he hasn't figured out that riddle.

Wasn't he the GCPD IT Consultant for a time? Also, I like the design but instead of the domino mask, I suggest glasses similar to the ones he wore in Arkham City. I loved his look and voice for that game.

He wad only in the GCPD in Gotham and while I considered the glasses, I never once considered anything else from Arkham City.
The Animated Series is the best Riddler portrayal hands down of all time.

I see the game as a spiritual successor to the Animated Series, especially with several of the same people working on the games and the series. Love your design for Two-Face, too. I hated the blue color of the scarred side.
