Dexter's Lab: Neighbor Lady — Description
One of many obscure, one-time characters from Dexter's Laboratory. This one didn't have a name as such; she was only referred to by Dexter as "The Dreaded Touchy Feely Neighbor Lady." The drawing had been sitting in my sketch pad for some time; I just decided to do a quick coloring job in photoshop. Sorry my first posting in months is a rather lackluster effort. Even so, I don't think it's the worst drawing of this character you'll find on deviantART.
