The Justice card is usually one of the most difficult for me to read in a spread, but when I was trying to figure out what sentiment I wanted to express for the "Abandon" card it kept rising up in my mind. The visual in particular was what caught me. It seems a very severe card, and a very aware card. This is not a blind justice. She's looking right at you, and knows exactly what she's doing. I feel like Rhi is in the same position at this moment. She knows what she'll be making Frost lose if she wins the fight, but she's willing to make that sacrifice.
P.18:
I'm pleased with how the bloody hand-prints turned out. Good think the rain's so heavy it's saturated the existent cracks in the building. Otherwise this trick wouldn't work at all. Huzzah for Mood Rain.
P19:
The Ancient Tower of Titania...when the Walls Fell...
P.20:
Frost...doesn't plan well. He doesn't think things through or consider consequences. He'll get an idea, latch onto it, and see it through. THEN he'll think about consequences and kick himself for not thinking of a better plan. The fact that Frost goes around on a low-grade buzz of desperation at all times doesn't help this very much.
In other news, hot damn, Rhi terrifies me. She is one badass opponent. I actually was drawing that last panel and went "Who am I kidding? Rhi could wipe the floor with Frost. Holy crap. Run Frost, RUN!"
