Perhaps her hair fully wet/soaked would have added to the shot but looks like a cold day. The droplets are spread ok but not sure if sprayed? Did the model part submerged herself in the pool?
Water ripple including reflection is nice as is the hip cocking with the heel immerging from pool makes a pretty decent photo.
