Pose: I think the pose works well. I have no crits on that. You always get great poses out of your models.
Contrast/Composition: The contrast of her skin, jewelry and the background is perfect. the angle and way the shot is cropped/taken adds a nice dynamic feel to the piece. It instantly caught my eye.
Model: She is great and you really bring out her skin tone and know how to have fun and get great shots.
Photoshop/final edits: The only real crit would be the intense unsharpen mask on it. It seems a bit much but it may be the reason it grabbed my eye so fast when i was flipping through the various artists i watch. Thinking more about it if you had went with a blur or something softer it may have taken away from the strong contrast. So over all I think it worked the way you wanted. Strong contrast and impact which it does perfectly.
