Let's see... where to start... this image IMMEDIATELY caught my attention. Male or female, in my opinion, any viewer would be captured by this image and have to stare at it. It's really quite lovely.
Let's get technical:
Composition - fabulous, simply fabulous! Only negative critique I have, and it's not really negative, just sort of an opinion, is those bolts/rivets on the floor are just a bit distracting. They don't take away very much from the image, but they are just slightly distracting. The water drops - BRILLIANT!
Model - there is not much I can say. I mean how do you critique a body like that? Her figure is amazing, simply amazing. Muscle tone is fabulous, and no over-softening done in post production. Very well done! That is one incredible body!
Lighting - most times this is where I spend a lot of time critiquing, but in this case, it's lovely. Light upper to dark lower, the bridge between shoulder and hip, the glistening of light off of the water drops - sheer perfection!
The framing of the model is wonderful. The focus and proximity make you want to reach up and touch your screen. It's so lifelike, and so well composed that you just really want to touch her figure. Yes, a lovely body but the lighting and composition just make this a perfect photo.
The only real negative comment I have is that your logo and web info is really distracting. I'd find a way to make it less visible, or would at minimum move it off her arm. It's like looking at a perfect car with one flat tire - just makes me cringe. Maybe make it a bit more translucent.
Funny, this is the first time I've ever laid out a critique and my only comments were about bumps on the floor and the artist's logo!!!
All in all, I give this image 5 stars - hell I'd go six if there were that many! This is really a work of art, it shows off the artist's talent, the model's beauty, and makes a grown man pant! I truly adore this image, it is one of the nicest I've seen in quite some time! Thank you for sharing this with us all!!!

One question, Bob. I don't understand the title. Does that mean her period is two weeks too late, or something else?

Made it straight to my favorites. I think the little bit of abdominal tension she is using really added to her definition. Well done, sir, well done.

Just added my critique. I can truly say, this is one of the most awesome images I've seen in quite some time. Composition is excellent, the model is magnificent, the lighting is brilliant, all in all I'm in awe. This looks so real that I want to reach out and touch her. Extremely well done - I gave it five stars in my critique. I'm 51, been at this for maybe 40 years now, and this is in my top 10 list of best photo images ever.
Well done, I applaud your fantastic work!
Only negative comment, and it's only really my opinion, is your logo and web address are really distracting. They could have/should have been located somewhere other than her skin, and I'd make them pretty much translucent.
Ahhh... I need a cigarette after looking at this for so long. That model has one of the best bodies I've seen!
To you zzz, Bravo! To your model, Brava!!
