this is the english adaption of Kamen Rider Skyrider

The story of Masked Rider Sky Patroler begins with a teenager by the name of Peter M Samuel, who is a kind, brave, wise and skilled at martial arts kid that most people would respect, it's something that Peter was always proud of
However, one day, while on his way home after a long day at School, Peter was soon kidnapped by a new evil organization known as Neo Shocker which is lead by the evilly resurrectted Masquerade and his partner Lizzy who are planning to use Neo Shocker as a way of revenge against the people who have wronged them for centuries by creating a new evil monster army capable of destroying the world! Neo Shocker modified Peter's body into a cyborg during a week of him being unconsious, but before the brainwash proceedure could begin, Peter managed to escape with full force!
Now on the run from Neo Shocker, Peter decided to take refuge in a apartment belonging to a teenaged girl named Cassie who agreed to keep Peter in the apartment as long as he helps her find her long-lost father who has kidnapped by Masquerade in order to use his plans to create Neo Shocker in the first place. While staying with Cassie, Peter suddenly notices that not only is he now a cyborg, but he also has the ability to fly and transform into a new superhero known only as Masked Rider Sky Patroler!
Now, with this new power inside him, it's up to Masked Rider Sky Patroler, mostly but sometimes along with Cassie, to defeat Masquerade, Lizzy and their new evil army, shut down Neo Shocker, rescue Cassie's father and save the Earth!
