This puts me in mind of the results of a photography contest that I recently bumped into while surfing. Contestants were to produce photographs evocative of space, the final frontier. Some submissions, produced through telescopes, were of nebulae, planets, moons, and such. Others were earth-bound landscapes highlighted by an evocative sky. This effort would certainly have been a worthy submission in the second style, winning at least an honorable mention if not an actual prize.
