TMNT Meet The Penguins — Description
Happy 4th, everyone! Here’s a little somethin’ I promised a while back that I can’t wait to color to post because I’m so happy with it. ;D (But don’t worry, COLORING WILL HAPPEN!)

My headcanon: the turtles can’t understand the penguins, which is why Kowalksi is communicating via the penguins’ Speak-N-Say. Leo can’t actually understand what Skipper’s saying, but I had to have SOMEONE talking in that panel. XD (Also I totally want to draw more pictures of Skipper and Leo sparring now.)
