Aardvark Pirate — Description
To a lot of my friends, aardvarks and pirates are the two things I’m most associated with. Sometimes it’s better not to ask. The point is this picture is very long overdue. I was originally going to do colored pencil over the marker, but I decided I liked this sharp look, plus I really don’t think I could improve any on the background. Touch-ups would be more likely to just mess it up. Water is so hard to draw, but good scribbly fun in the end. For anyone wondering why there’s no smoke or anything around her gun, that’s because she hasn’t fired it yet (the firing hammers are still cocked back). I’m pretty sure an aardvark sticking it’s tongue out like that is an insult.
