This is SO good. I think this is probably one of the best renders you've made yet.
The torn effect looks absolutely STUNNING, the way you made that inbetween piece desaturated is 😩👌
I could go on and on about how great it is, but, let me save the time and tell you what I think could you improve about this.

1) I don't like how you can see the pixels in the shadow. Like, it's jagged. MMD is stupid with shadows, so it's understandable. But I think if you used ExcellentShadow 2 or SimpleSoftShadow it might've helped with the square shadow. (If that makes any sense lmao)
2) The tape could have used maybe a bit of shine to it? As well as a tiny drop shadow to make it look a bit more real. I also think that the glitched out piece around her mouth should've had a drop shadow, too.
3) I think she should look a little more sad? If you used the serious and sad facial, along with just a tiny amount of the anger facial, it would make her look way more sad.

Besides those three things, I think it's really good. It's really cool to see how much you've improved since I've met you!
