The elf threw her dagger at the leader as she leaped into a back flip over the head of the loudly grunting beastling behind her starting her swing while over its head and ending it with the beastling minus a head before her feet touched the ground. The third hesitated club-wielding arm raised but motionless as his leader sank to his knees clutching at the dagger in his throat and his comrade's head rolled to a halt by his feet then dropped the club and fled.
Four seconds.
Raziel retrieved her dagger and wiped the foul smelling slime-blood from her blades. "Now where's this princess," she wondered, looking towards the temple. "I wonder if all the stories about her are true."

Caught off guard by the Lizardmen's ambush, Raziel found herself surrounded. She fought furiously, laying about her with her sword. One foe went down and then another, but one of the foul vermin caught her from behind with his bone club. It was a crude weapon by Elven standards, but it was enough. As she lay dazed on the ground the remaining scaly creatures closed in about her and quickly bound her wrists.
"Should we not kill her?" Rugal asked.
"No, Grindal replied as he tightened the knots. "This one is a fighter. She will provide us with much sport before she dies."
