She purty. A simple portrait to keep things moving along. I love how the Four Seasons look.
Updates for those who care.
Think "Dawn" is done. Try to render the pair off tonight.
Not much happening with anything else. Feeling rather listless and unmotivated. Just been idling in a couple of games and painting some miniatures (yay 3d printer)

Her hair can be a nightmare, almost worse than Milla. It does not like to play with things like the tiara and ear jewellry. It had some rather spectacular explosions during simulation.jewellery

Too windy here today to sit off in the sun. Had been out in it for 2 days already.
Re you saying hair is a nightmare it must save time & money having them smooth down under.

Got cooler enough here today to even put a jumper on. Still no long pants yet.
Even if I wanted hair down there I've not seen a prop that looks half good yet.

I like portraits
This one was done on a single Quadro P5000 on a dedicated render machine. Don't have to worry about time so just set max iterations and infinite time and just let it run while I sleep. Don't care if it takes 20mins or two days as long as it meets my quality standards. Not all images are done on it. New characters and WIP stuff are done on my local machine which suffers from both an older inferior card and time limits before I need the PC again.

No worries.
I am lucky enough to have friends who work for a major IT company and the dedicated box was set up by one of them. There is no guarantee I'll have it forever but will use it while I can. I connect to it remotely from either my desktop or the workstation laptop I have (also provided by that friend) Quite fun laying in bed listening to tunes and working on images at times :D
I do have another P5000 sitting here at my place and plan on one day getting a new PC for gaming (as I love to game) and then build a second machine with that card in it. If I get that done sooner rather than later (just funds holding me up) I will have two dedicated boxes. really does help to just click 'render' and ignore it and either have leisure time on my main PC or work on new characters etc without having to allocate rendering time.
