Well, yes.

Sometimes characters from other series wander into this 'neutral ground' to hang around and chill out. Do they retain memories of what happens here? It depends. There are times I want them to and times I don't. For some it doesn't matter. This is also a story point for several characters currently. Do I let them go and let them do their own things, or keep them in their series? It is a fun question.
