And then there is that part of me that wonders, "What if this isn't an act?"

It is a troubling thought. I know who she is and what she is capable of. But if we can't let go and forgive, we lose a piece of what makes us human. We lose that moment we need to take in order to change. Why go through life so wrapped up in hate and distrust?
