Stranded Updates 0011 — Description
I found on Patreon mixing mainstream work and mature content pleased no-one, plus it put me in the position of not being visible to the general public, not on search, and shoved in the back room of the site. People who wanted to support mature works didn't like the mainstream work, and feelings went the other way around. Even on Twitter my mainstream promo was being tagged as sensitive content. Nobody was happy, and for two years of trying, neither was I.

So Rendercomics on Patreon is now for all my mainstream works of fiction, like Survivor and other stories. Nothing else changes on this account. If Patreon flips out like Tumblr one day my Survivor stories and mainstream supporters won't be at-risk. I can't build something that big, essentially an entire comic publishing business, and have it all torn down over a moral panic because payment processors flip out over a couple fringe accounts you know are out there and haven't become an 'outrage cru$ade' yet.

Vexdraconis and his accounts shall be for mature works.

I wished we lived in a world where you could do any type of art and be able to promote and share and let people decide, but we don't. Big tech and social media won't let us. I know some will be unhappy, but this is going to give me more freedom to create and share.

God this hurts. Vex and his tortured and scarred appearance is about how I feel right now.

For the better though.

Plus, more Vex background story.
